Christina and I had math class together in high school (I just realized how long ago that actually was) and we got to know each other pretty well. And neither of us enjoyed math, so there. When I found out she was getting married to CJ I couldn’t wait to photograph the wedding. They chose Johnson Creek Park in Ingram, Texas as their venue, and they have THE CUTEST little chapel. Christina DIY’d most of her wedding decorations and incorporated a few things to represent her sorority at Schreiner University. I absolutely love the color scheme with the coral, navy, and peach and the way she decorated her centerpiece vases. The weather was perfect, their friends and family were lovely (really, I loved y’all), and they’re married!
You’ll be seeing this pink and gold paper later ;)
See?? I “temporarily borrowed” it. Now I’m not sure if I gave it back.
This candle was hand-made in Fredericksburg, Texas here. The candle shop has been in business for decades. I remember going there when I was a kid and watching them make these beautiful candles! They’re also very heat resistant and last forever.
One reason I love early weddings is the exit lighting. Perfect!
Congratulations, Christina and CJ!
xoxo, Allison
