A Blush + Greenery Summer Wedding at The Gardens at West Green | San Antonio Wedding Photographer
Brica and Darnell tied the knot at this beautiful venue, The Gardens at West Green, in San Antonio! These two have quickly become a favorite of mine (I know you’re not supposed to choose favorites, but I can’t help it 😂) Brica and I can basically read each other’s mind, and we joked that I was her full-time bridesmaid and did wedding photography on the side.
But enough about us 😂 She and Darnell are THE CUTEST! They call each other Honeybear and Honeybee, and incorporated that throughout the wedding. All of the guests took home custom jars of honey, their signature board was a honeycomb, the cake topper had honeycomb as well as a honeybee on the front of the cake…It was adorable and so *them*.
Let’s also take a moment to talk about Brica’s wedding dress. It was custom designed from Olivia Grace Bridal and so STUNNING. Scroll to see it in all its glory!
All in all, the couple was amazing, the weather was great, and we had the best time celebrating Brica and Darnell! Congratulations you two!
Darnell was a linebacker in the NFL and football has been a big part of their lives since they were high school sweethearts. 
Darnell wrote Brica a sweet letter on the other side of this photo. 
The nice thing about seeing each other before the wedding is they 1. got their jitters calmed down, and 2. were able to take their full wedding party photos before the wedding! 
When you hire me you don’t just get pretty pictures. You get jokes too 😂
This might be my favorite wedding party photo from their whole day! WHAT A CUTIE! He was also such a great helper throughout the entire day. I wanted to hire him to be my assistant! 
okay, it’s official. Let it be known that I’m obsessed with these pillars at The Gardens at West Green. 
They had a cigar lounge so, of course, this had to happen!
