Angela and Robby are getting married this fall at Hotel Emma! It’s the cutest place on Earth, and I couldn’t be more excited to photograph their wedding here! But what I love even more…getting to know them as a couple. Angela and Robby met at a local restaurant where Robby is a sommelier. One day he gathered the courage to ask her on a date, and they’ve been sweet on each other ever since. They have a rescue dog named Gardner who is perfectly mannered, and a rescue kitty at home named Princess Dante(he was supposed to be a girl LOL). Gardner tagged along for their engagement session, and he was so cute I didn’t want him to leave! For the photos that he wasn’t in, I held onto his leash and he followed me everywhere I went. If you’ve ever watched me photograph a couple, you know I’m ALL over the place, so that’s saying a lot about his demeanor!

As for Hotel Emma…I could photograph this charming place all. day. long. The trailing vines, pretty landscape, and overall timeless setting is something I absolutely LOVE. Not only did we have the perfect setting, but for the end of June, we had the perfect weather! It was raining around San Antonio, but we never felt a drop. We were definitely grateful for the cooler temps, though! It was over 100 degrees just a couple of days before!

Angela and Robby, I had SO much fun with you guys (and Gardner!) and I can’t wait for your big day! It will be here before we know it!  I can’t wait to see this little guy at the wedding!
