Reanna and Blake are two of the coolest people I have met. It was raining on their wedding day (the ENTIRE day–even though the forecast said 10%–what??) and I never once heard a complaint from either of them. They were just so excited to marry each other, they knew it was going to go perfectly no matter what. Of course, Audrey with Timeless Beginnings was there with her team to make sure we all kept our sanity and that we were on time!
The good news for them was that Kendall Plantation is THE perfect wedding venue for a rain plan. Not only is the inside space beautiful, but the wraparound balcony is perfect for outdoor portraits without getting wet! We also got really brave and the wedding party ventured out with all of my clear umbrellas for some fun shots in the rain. Again, no complaining from anyone! Everyone was all smiles and having fun and it was the best.
My absolute favorite part of the day was watching Reanna’s first look with her dad. We laughed; we cried. It was the sweetest.
And my other favorite part of the day was Blake surprising Reanna during the reception by singing “Tennessee Whiskey” to her. She cried and so did we (again lol).
Although the weather didn’t pan out as planned, the day was perfect and it was so beautiful watching their love!
Reanna and Blake, thank-you so much for trusting us with these important memories. It’s couples like you who make my job the best, ever.
