New Orleans Engagement Session In The Historic Garden District | New Orleans Wedding Photographer

I met Macy and Austin in Fredericksburg, Texas when I photographed their proposal (see their sweet IG reel here). They told me they lived in Louisiana close to New Orleans, and I told them I was going on vacation in NOLA a couple of weeks later! We made fast plans to do their engagement session while I was in town, and even though it was as HOT as a mother trucker I love how their photos turned out! And no one would ever know it was 95º PLUS a thousand percent humidity.

The Garden District is full of photo worthy nooks and crannies. I loved looking at all of the unique gates they have there.  We found a little friend along the way who wanted to adopt them 😂 My other favorite part about the Garden District are these adorable colorful houses! New Orleans is full of celebrity homes, too. I forgot who lives here, but I’m sure he was thrilled that we were taking photos in front of his house.
