I found Brittany on Instagram, and it was just meant to be. I was searching the hashtag “paleoblueberrypie” because Christmas was coming, and I stumbled upon her Instagram profile(@brittanydoespaleo). I couldn’t believe that we had SO much in common and she was so close! After commenting on a few of her mouth-watering foodie posts I received an email from “Paleo Brittany” (that’s what my husband knows her as LOL), and she told me she was engaged and in the market for a wedding photographer! I said “I’m your girl,” and I’ve been having such a fun time getting to know she and Joseph over the past year and a half. We did their engagement session at Oak Valley Vineyard (see it here!) and her GORGEOUS bridal session in Fredericksburg (see it here!), so they were totally prepared on their wedding day, and rocked it like pros!

Joseph’s dad built the beautiful arbor where Brittany and Joseph promised themselves to each other. Something Brittany did a little differently was that she walked down the aisle wearing a blusher veil. It was so classic and romantic–kind of like watching Father of the Bride (my favorite movie, by the way). They also had a rose petal recessional exit that was EPIC!

We did their couples photos in the beautiful vineyard, and they enjoyed the rest of their night dancing the night away with their friends and family.

Brittany and Joseph…I am SO grateful you chose me to capture your wedding memories, and I wish you decades of love and happiness! I hope our paths cross again soon! <3

Badgley Mischka flats FOR THE WIN! *Insert all of the heart eyes* I looked out the window and saw Joseph and his mom practicing their first dance. The room was full of “awwww”s.  I had so much fun getting to know these girls!  award for cutest, most charming ring bearer ever goes to Jaxon!
