A Modern Classic Inspirational Shoot with Burgundy and Gold accents | Pecan Springs Ranch | Austin Wedding Photographer

This shoot was set up by Sarah Goss Photography and Al Gawlik Photography at the Cedar and Stone workshop I attended in November! I’ll share more about the amazing time I had later, but right now I want to share my FAVORITE shoot that was at Pecan Springs Ranch in Austin, Texas. It was everything my heart loves–timeless with a twist. I took a TON of photos (sorry in advance for photo overload).

Our groom wore a dapper checkered jacket from The Black Tux and our bride wore a stunning Lazaro gown from Serendipity Bridal. Emily, the face behind Hill Country Bride, styled this session in such a lovely way. It was classic in a modern way with Burgundy and gold accents. Celissa, our makeup artist and hair stylist, created a timeless look for Katie (who actually has LONG hair!) with a faux bob that went perfectly with the satin gown and sparkly accents. Pecan Springs Ranch was the PERFECT venue for us. You’ll see that the pretty light goes for days and the romantic outdoor fireplace was an elegant backdrop for the table setting. I had so much fun shooting this styled session with other creatives in the field and making new friends. I can’t wait to share more!  I am head over heels for silk ribbon and The Mrs Box *insert all the heart eye emojis* After I got home, I bought every cute pair of scissors I could find online! I am in LOVE with this gorgeous white protea in the mix with these greens and pops of color!
