A Summer Wedding at The Hotel Emma Featuring Hot Pink Bougainvillea Florals | San Antonio Wedding Photographer
Ashley and Matt are M-A-R-R-I-E-D! We were SO excited for this wedding, not only because Ashley and Matt are adorable and sweet and fun–but because they chose Hotel Emma as their wedding venue! If you’re local to Texas (or have read any travel blog or magazine) you KNOW how amazing Hotel Emma is. It has it all–character, greenery for days, amazing food, and a great atmosphere. It was the perfect location for their classic black-tie (but very colorful) wedding.
Ashley chose pops of hot pink for their florals. Bougainvillea was a staple at this wedding and made its appearance throughout the entire day. I LOVE what The Vintage Bouquet Bar did with the Elephant Room (keep scrolling!) and the courtyard.
My favorite part of the day was watching these two during the exchange of their vows. The way they adore each other is so sweet and watching Matt pull his pocket square out to wipe the tears from his eyes got ME teary-eyed.
Ashley and Matt, I wish you guys decades of love and happiness. Marriage is hard, but I know you can do it!

They shared an intimate last dance while their guests were shuffling outside to get in formation for the exit.
and, of course, before they left we HAD to do some night photos! This one is a new all-time favorite 😍Hotel Emma is such a magical place.
