In honor of Fiesta week and Cinco De Mayo, I thought it would be fun to share Meredith and Albert’s colorful San Antonio wedding! I’ve been loving all of the bright Spring weddings lately, and theirs did not disappoint!

This is no surprise to my friends and close followers, but I did her detail shots at the reception! It’s my new favorite thing since I get so many(more) flowers to work with and time to think!
Girl General did such a lovely job with their invitation suite. I LOVE a custom painting of the venue.
We started the day off at Meredith’s family’s house and then it was time to head to the church! St Peter Prince of The Apostles Catholic Church (a mouthful haha) is quite lovely and the sun peeked behind the clouds just in time for their first look and group portraits.
I absolutely love these colorful bridesmaid dresses! Never in my life did I think I would appreciate the color orange as much as I do as an adult. SO good.
I really love photographing Catholic weddings because I can always count on them to have beautiful windows.
I was so obsessed with Meredith’s nails, I probably included more than enough “nail” images in her gallery(ha!).
It’s been a while since I photographed UTSA Southwest (It used to be called Southwest School of Art). These trees, which were babies back then, made the perfect lush frame.
Meredith’s veil is what bridal dreams are made of. Absolutely perfect for an elegant garden party Fiesta vibe.
A proud husband moment.
This is what our chaos actually looks like LOL.
I love the Riverwalk boaters. They’re always so supportive.
Brace yourself for beautiful reception details…
Maraca seating chart, check.
What’s a party without Mariachis?
And, of course, papel picado.
And, of course, I don’t let anyone get away without having at least one night portrait to hang on their wall ;)
See more of our beautiful weddings here!
xoxo, Allison
