The story of Brianne and Jake: He’s from Canada, she’s from Texas. Jake and Brianne’s brother are besties and roommates. One day he met Brianne and they fell in love. It’s that simple :)
Their Wedding:
They are both laid back and wanted a simple, beautiful, and intimate wedding. They married at Jake’s family’s ranch in Kerrville, Texas. The ceremony was atop a “Texas Mountain” and the reception was in a storage-garage-turned-reception-hall that transformed with lots of hard work and love. Brianne and Jake’s family helped decorate from floor to ceiling, and when they were finished it looked absolutely lovely. When time for the ceremony came, the clouds covered the sky, creating some beautiful overcast light. They promised themselves to each other in front of a gorgeous floral arch designed by Especially Yours Flowers in front of 50 of their closest friends and family. They danced their first song to “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz and enjoyed the rest of the evening visiting with guests and watching fireworks!
For their guest book they had an instax camera for the guests to take their photo, put it in the book, and sign their name with a sweet message :) This oval cut diamond with a halo is absolutely gorgeous. This moment :))) As you probably know by now if you follow my blog posts, I’m a HUGE fan of the second kiss! Jake’s grandma :) I love being a Kerrville wedding photographer because of beautiful settings like this! You can’t get this in the city.  The back of this BHLDN dress–Yes.  There were SO MANY unique DIY details at this wedding. Check out this industrial popcorn cart! Also, fireworks. YES.  I’m starting to think an antique getaway car is a must! ;) Love this so much.
