An Elegant Navy and Blush Wedding at CW Hill Country Ranch | Boerne Wedding Photographer

Ashley and Damon are one of my favorite couples. We first met at our engagement session (You can see that here!) at CW Hill Country Ranch last fall and I instantly loved them. They are FUN and the love they have for one another is so special. They chose a navy and blush color palette with an elegant feel. Ashley rocked some Badgley Mischka heels with subtle sparkles and a beautiful David Tutera gown with a blush undertone. Damon’s mom and niece did ALL of the floral for this wedding (AMAZING–they’re hired!). There were white anemones with navy centers, blush roses, and blue delphinium, galore(Did you hear me singing that to the Little Mermaid tune? “Want peonies? I have twenty!” ;) ). The ceremony arbor was lavished in blue and white delphinium and eucalyptus. It. Was. Gorgeous! and the girls’ bouquets had neutral roses, peonies, and Dusty Miller (I swear that plant sounds like someone I went to high school with). Their wedding guests flew in from all across the United States (Damon’s from Boise and Ashley’s from New York!) to celebrate these two and their love story. The weather was a comfortable 78 degrees, the rain held out until the very end of the night, and everything was perfect :)

Ashley and Damon incorporated the love they share for traveling into their wedding. Each guest had a luggage tag with their name and table number on it :) This is Kristine and Dennis. They own CW Hill Country Ranch and if you haven’t met them you are missing out. They care so much about their venue and their couples.  Ladies, I want to see your “after” photos ;)I really do love a FUN bridal party!Meanwhile, in the groom’s quarters, they’re acting perfectly normal. LOL. My second shooter snagged an ADORABLE pic of this cutie.  Most of Damon and Ashley’s family live states away, so some were face-timing in :) The officiant asked their guests to do something tangible to show their love and support for Ashley and Damon. They all made heart hands (or attempted to haha) and held them up. 
This naked cake was everything–beautiful AND delectable. I could photograph it alllll night. 
Ashley’s favorite thing about Damon is his ability to make her laugh, always :) They also had an ice cream sandwich bar for their guests to have a late night snack! I was packing up my equipment to leave for the night when I had a “brilliant” idea. It may have not been the best idea to do this under a tree during a lightning storm, but I love how this night photo came out!

Congratulations, again, Ashley and Damon! I wish you 50 more years of happiness(or more!) :)
