Bekah and Dan had a fiesta themed wedding at Lost Mission in Spring Branch, and celebrated with their closest friends and family! Bekah wanted to tie in some of her culture so they had lots of cute little details and some BIG details (Hello gigantic puppets). Beer burrows, papel picado, a Callejoneada, and larger-than-life puppets called mojigangas were included in the wedding, and the star of the show was Bekah’s CAKE!

These tiles were a theme throughout the wedding, so I incorporated them into her flatlay detail photos!

THIS DRESS! 😍 Bekah and her mom took a trip to Kleinfeld in NYC in March before everything shut down due to COVID, and they ordered it just in time!

Bekah and her dad shared the SWEETEST first look! I love Dad’s expression…and the window peepers 😂

Bekah had these socks made for her dad with a bunch of photos of the two of them.

She also had a first look with her bridesmaids!

LOVE the blusher on her! I think this is my favorite photo from the whole day 🥺.

Traditionally, a callejoneada, or a wedding parade, is done to take the couple from church to reception and combines music, large puppets, and celebrating! Bekah and Dan led the way with mariachis playing and mojigangas at the caboose.

Fun fact: They also played at Jenna Bush’s wedding!

Ladies and Gentlemen: The CAKE! 5 tiers and hand-painted tiles! It was truly a VISION.

This is ALSO a cake! 🤯

Her reaction to seeing her cake for the first time was priceless.

COVID, but make it fashion.

And of course we did some epic night portraits! I love that these with the firewall also showcase the papel picado (paper flags).

The chapel at Lost Mission is also one of my favorite spots for night portraits!
