A Spring Engagement Session in Historic Gruene | New Braunfels Wedding Photographer

I met Nicole and Jared for the first time at their engagement session in Gruene, but it was like meeting up with old friends. We laughed the entire time and had so much fun hanging out! They brought their ADORABLE fur baby, Macy, and she was such a little superstar.

They loved the idea of Gruene when we were going over location ideas, so we decided to go on a week day when there wouldn’t be so many people, but When we got there the parking lot was almost full! On a Wednesday! It was like all of New Braunfels decided to eat dinner at the Grist Mill. They were such troopers, though, and didn’t mind random people walking by and staring (haha!!) while we were in front of Gruene Mansion Inn (the cutest place, ever).

The first thing they told me is “we don’t know what we are doing or what to do with our hands!” 😂 but I assured them that no one does, and I would teach them everything they needed to know. They were extremely fast learners, and nailed every shot! #modelstatus

At the end of our session we ventured down to the waterfall/rapids of Gruene River, and they lived happily ever after.
