Catherine and Carlos are my luckiest couple all year! They were fortunate enough to have their wedding before COVID-19 took over the world and quarantined us all. They had their intimate wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, and it was absolutely delightful. I’m constantly telling my friends and family how lucky I am with the couples who book me, and Catherine and Carlos are no exception! They’re SO SWEET and the love they have for each other is apparent.

We were also blessed with beautiful weather! March is scary sometimes for planning outdoor ceremonies, but it held up and they said their “I do’s” in front of the iconic stone arches at La Cantera. Catherine’s mom and sister arranged a surprise for their first kiss, and every guest had a butterfly they released!

The day was all-around amazing and I’m so grateful C & C chose me to photograph their memories! It’s been so fun editing these photos and reliving the day. Keep scrolling to see my [200-can’t-choose] favorites from the day!

I love that Catherine and Carlos shared a First Look. Not only did they get some time before the wedding to actually TALK to each other, but we were able to do all of their wedding party photos as well as most of their family photos pre-ceremony!

I love it when a man helps his bride get fluffed. 

PS In case you were wondering what my current wedding obsession is right now, THIS IS IT! Catherine can attest, I would not stop talking about her veil wings! LOL.

Carlos’ parents weren’t able to come to the wedding because of the travel bans, but they Facetimed in.

He was as obsessed with these butterflies as I was with the veil wings 😂He took one to the reception with him 😂

We were also able to take some epic night portraits! With the WINGS!! Catherine and Carlos were willing to do anything for “the shot,” and those are the couples who get the best wedding photos in the end. I’m so thankful for these two.
