Grace and Anthony’s Hill Country destination wedding was nothing short of amazing. 90 of their closest friends and family flew in from ALL over the United States to celebrate with them at The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages in Fredericksburg, Texas. Everywhere from Hawaii to New Jersey, which is where Anthony grew up! We didn’t have a chance to meet in person before the wedding, but I felt like I knew Grace for years. Talking on the phone with her was so easy, and I knew we would get along great! Especially when she told me she owned a really cool business in Florida. It’s called “Craft Haus” and it’s what my crafting dreams are made of! I’m definitely stopping by the next time I’m in Palm Beach.
Grace and Anthony had so many sweet details and moments during their day. Grace shared a first look with her dad (I dare you not to cry when you see those photos) and she wore some pretty special earrings. She has three sisters who are married, and they’ve all worn the same earrings on their wedding day! They also found some Egan(Grace’s family name) whiskey and she and her dad shared a toast before walking down the aisle together.
Emily Burgess (Hill Country Bride) knocked it out of the park with her wedding design. Every little detail was thoughtfully placed and styled to create one cohesive look. From the botanical florals to the hand dyed napkins and flowy bridesmaid dresses, everything seamlessly complemented each other.
Being a part of their special day was so rewarding. I had SUCH a fun time with their awesome bridal party, and their friends and family were so sweet and welcoming. They danced the night away on the patio outside of the Lodge under the cafe lights, and sent Grace and Anthony off with sparklers. PS Grace has amazing friends who contributed to this wedding! Brush Strokes Pottery made this adorable Texas dish that was perfect for her detail shots.
This girl stole my heart! We were playing peekaboo and I almost got in trouble because she started squealing and talking to me. She’s the sweetest little thing! This bouquet from Especially Yours(Viridian Design) was SO perfect! Grace’s brother MADE this arbor for them! The scenery at The Lodge Event Center is absolutely STUNNING! Grace’s talented friend MADE these beautiful pottery center pieces for the wedding! Yet another sweet touch to their wedding: Grace’s sister and brother-in-law sang the song for their first dance. Night portraits are one of my favorite things to do! Click here to see more from past weddings.
