Catherine and Wayne had their gorgeous wedding at The St Anthony Hotel and First Presbyterian Church in San Antonio. If you love classic elegant weddings you’re in for a treat!
Their wedding colors were crisp and clean–shades of blush and mauve with greenery and lots of white! Wayne’s suite was one of my favorite aspects. It’s not every day you see a white suit with black lapels and black snaps. It was so classic and the black bowtie was the cherry on top. Catherine’s Monique Lhuillier dress was also a show-stopper. I loved the lace details, and it was perfect for twirling!
Catherine and Wayne have such a fun and joyful love. As a wedding photographer I see a LOT of types of love and how couples interact together, and it’s so refreshing to see two people who enjoy being together THIS MUCH! Their love for each other is palpable and they’re always laughing and smiling and having the best time.
I’m so grateful they chose me to photograph their best day, ever! Keep scrolling for my favorites from their day. (Warning: there are a LOT 😂)

When I have Aggie couples this ring shot is a MUST!
Catheirne’s first look with her dad wrecked me in the best way.
Peacock Alley at St Anthony was a top priority for us. It’s gorgeous and those chandeliers are 😍.
Again…I’m not sure I’ll ever get over Catherine’s beautiful dress 😍. I’m such a sucker for floral.
I’d like to take a moment to appreciate blushers. They’re not as popular right now, but I LOVE them! I Have a feeling we’ll be seeing more of them in the near future.
We weren’t allowed past these doors, so we made the best of it! The look on Wayne’s face made us all emotional.
After their first kiss I ran down the balcony stairs like my life depended on it so I could get these next shots–my favorite moment at every wedding!
I love posed portraits of people, but I also love those in-between shots that really tell the story of the whole day.
Catherine and Wayne shared a “first look” with their reception space and a private first dance. This is the first time I’ve seen couples do this, and I have to say I LOVE IT!
The Anacho Ballroom at The St Anthony has this fabulous balcony floor that makes a great angle for photos.
In true Texas fashion, their late night snack was Bluebell Ice cream and delicious chocolate chip cookies!
All three couples here were married at The St Anthony Hotel! It was a really cool thing to see.
Wedding tip: Put your parents at the end of the exit line so you can say goodbye. So sweet 🥺
We snuck over to The Alamo for some quick night portraits!
xoxo, Allison
