The first time I met Emily and Bryce was at their engagement session in Austin! They live out of town and are planning their destination Hill Country wedding from a distance (with the help of the amazing Viridian Design) so we didn’t have a chance to meet before they booked! I have to say I am always amazed about how much I have in common with my brides, and Emily is no different! We became fast friends and had SO. MANY. LAUGHS.
Bryce is the adventurous one in the relationship and he requested a photo of the two of them on a city scooter. I honestly think those are my favorites from the whole session! They are so dang cute and you can tell they’re having the time of their lives together.
We started at Zilker Park and ended our session at a nearby park. We were blessed with so much GOOD light and the perfect weather (hello 75 degrees and sunny 😍). I absolutely can’t wait for their wedding at Camp Waldemar in Hunt next Spring! In the meantime, enjoy my favorites from their engagement session. I saw these fluffy pink bushes and I knew we needed a photo with them! I love Austin engagement sessions because we can get the urban look AND the wild/natural look with trees. Win-win! Austin has a cool scooter share program where you can rent scooters from anywhere! And yes, we all took a turn. hahaha! I also love how you can see the Austin skyline in the background.
xoxo, Allison
