Bergie and Taylor are engaged!

First things first—this was not the original plan A. Bergielicious Definition (his full name lol) reached out to schedule his proposal at Signor Vineyards in Fredericksburg, Tx for a couple of days before this! However, the rain had other plans. We frantically texted back and forth plan B,C,D and somehow we landed here, which seems like plan A all along. The sun was shining, it was 65°(in May?!?) and we had the place to ourselves.

Bergie shared that he and Taylor celebrated their 6 month anniversary in Fredericksburg so it was a special place for them. He asked for some vineyard recommendations and of course Signor was the first to come to mind!(if you’re planning a Fredericksburg proposal be sure to check out my favs here!)

Plan A didn’t involve Taylor knowing about me lol. But the vineyard agreed to let us in early on Sunday so Bergie had to get her to the location somehow! He told her we were just doing a couples photo session, you know, influencer stuff(ha!) so I met them in the parking lot and we chatted about the best photo ops at the vineyard. I could tell Bergie was getting a little nervous so we started at the rose arch and right as we were about to begin Taylor said “wait!” Bergie needed Aquaphor (lol). So she went back to the car, which gave us time to solidify plan D for sure for sure, and when she got back, got settled, it was time to shine—FINALLY.

I had them pose normally first, looking at me, then I had them turn and look at each other. That was Berg’s cue, and he started telling her how much she meant to him. Meanwhile I could tell Taylor was gaslighting herself thinking “is this really happening?!” And when he got down on one knee she melted—literally.

I started videoing my proposals not too long ago because I realized all these girls are blacking out and not remembering anything from their actual proposal! You can see their reel here on my instagram

We spent the next hour taking photos around the beautiful property and Taylor asking Bergie a million questions, as she should haha. I had the best time with these two!
