Camp Lucy Dusty Blue + Greenery Summer Wedding | Austin Wedding Photographer

I’ve been meaning to blog this gorgeous Camp Lucy wedding for a year and a half! The wedding industry has been BOOMING since Texas opened back up in 2020, so my blog took the back seat, but we’re back, baby(!) and I knew Meghan and Tyler’s wedding needed to be shared pronto!

Dusty blue and greenery has been such a popular color palette in the last few years, and I love how Meghan executed this whole look. Her bouquet is one of my top 10 favorites (and I have seen over 300 bouquets from our weddings!). Whim Hospitality did such a great job.

Meghan and Tyler are two of the sweetest and funniest people I’ve ever photographed, and celebrating them and their friends on their wedding day was such a delight! They chose Camp Lucy’s Sacred Oaks venue, and it was absolutely perfect. The giant oak trees provided much-needed shade from the June sun while also making a statement in photos. Meghan was such a trooper. The sun was SO hot, but the way the sun makes the veil glow is *chef’s kiss*.

This was my first wedding at Camp Lucy, so I visited the venue beforehand and saw this gorgeous field next to Sacred Oaks! It was so hot, but I KNEW if we got to the field those would be their favorite images. It didn’t disappoint. 😍

BTW I definitely recommend having some flats/flipflops/whatever on hand at the ceremony site for photos after your wedding! Poor Meghan’s feet were hurting so bad, but she persevered “for the shot” haha.

As if the Oak trees couldn’t get any prettier…night portraits here are a MUST.
