A Winter Wedding at Contigo Ranch | Fredericksburg Wedding Photographer
You might remember Kayla and Mason from their stunning engagement session I posted last year! It’s one of my all-time favorites, so I knew their wedding wouldn’t disappoint–except the weather apps gave us a run for our money. It was supposed to be 50 degrees and raining! But thanks to Texas weather unpredictability that didn’t happen! It was sunny and gorgeous (almost hot LOL) and Contigo Ranch looked as stunning as ever. I always say to find a venue that looks good in Winter if you’re getting married in Winter, and Contigo Ranch checks that box! Scroll down for my favorites from their day.

I HIGHLY recommend doing a bridesmaid first look! It gives everyone time to get dressed and then you get to wow them.
Whenever I have clients looking for a beautiful view in Fredericksburg I always refer them to Contigo Ranch, because, wow!
Kayla and Mason, like most couples we photograph, claimed that they were “awkward” in photos, but as usual, I proved them wrong hahaha.
The wind on the bluff was so CRAZY and Kayla was frustrated with her veil blowing all over the place(if you’ve ever worn a veil you know the struggle haha) but the PHOTOS that came of it were *chef’s kiss*.
I just love these two! Kayla is a quiet funny girl (if you know her, you know what I mean haha) and Mason is so sweet to her (and everyone!).
I love the way the reception space at Contigo Ranch is set up. The guests enjoy cocktail hour on the patio while I get to photograph all of the pretty details with the candles lit and flatware placed. Then they roll up the doors and everyone comes inside.
Their late night snack was MAGNIFICENT. It looks like regular ole crispy chicken slider, but it had slaw and sauce that gave it an amazing flavor.
